Air Duct Cleaning

How often should I have my air ducts cleaned?
For most homes, every 3–5 years is a healthy rhythm — sooner if you have pets, allergies, recent renovations, or notice dust settling quickly. We'll give you an honest recommendation for your home.
How long does a duct cleaning take?
Most residential visits take 2–4 hours depending on the size of your home and system. We'll give you an estimated window when we book.
Will you show me what you removed?
Always. We document the work with before-and-after photos so you can see exactly what came out and the difference it made — no guesswork.
Does duct cleaning really improve air quality?
Yes. Clearing built-up dust, dander, and debris at the source means fewer airborne irritants recirculating through your home — a real difference for allergy and asthma sufferers, and for anyone who simply wants cleaner air.

Dryer Vent Cleaning

How do I know if my dryer vent needs cleaning?
Watch for clothes taking more than one cycle to dry, a hot or humid laundry room, a burning smell, or a dryer that's hot to the touch. Those are all signs lint has built up in the line.
Why is a clogged dryer vent dangerous?
Lint is highly flammable. As it builds up, your dryer runs hotter and works harder — a leading cause of household fires. Annual cleaning keeps your home safer and shortens drying time.
How often should dryer vents be cleaned?
Once a year is a good baseline for most households — more often if you do a lot of laundry or have a long vent run.

We accept all common payment methods. Your technician will confirm the details when they confirm your appointment.

Good to Know

We don't get enough heat or cool air to one or more rooms — what's happening?
This is a common problem, and it's usually not dirty ducts. Unless there's a blockage (not common), the culprit is almost always duct leakage — the average HVAC system loses 25–40% of its air volume through gaps, cracks, and seams in the ductwork, which leads to reduced comfort and higher energy use. The fix is sealing the ducts to restore airflow, increase comfort, and reduce energy use — which is exactly why we offer Aeroseal duct sealing. Ask us and we'll help you pin down what's going on.
There's a smell coming from the ductwork — can you get it out?
Odours can be a bit of a challenge, depending on what's causing the smell and how it's moving through the ductwork. Our technicians will investigate and clean to the best of our ability, and we can provide options — like sanitizing and deodorizing — to help deal with the odour after the cleaning process. Due to many factors, stubborn odours may sometimes persist after cleaning.
I lost a ball (or other object) down one of my vents — can you get it back?
It's possible. It depends on the size of the object and where it went into the system. Sometimes objects get stuck in the ductwork if they're too large, or they catch on screws in hidden areas, which can make them difficult (or at times impossible) to retrieve. With our extensive training, we'll do our absolute best!
