Scheduling & Rescheduling
Service appointments are scheduled based on availability. We make every effort to arrive within the scheduled time window.

- We ask for as much notice as possible if you need to change your appointment time
- We'll confirm your appointment window ahead of your scheduled visit
Pricing & Payment
All pricing is provided upfront before work begins. Estimates are based on the information available at the time of assessment and may be adjusted if additional work is discovered — any change to the scope of work will be communicated and approved before proceeding.
